• Down Airflex: water-repellent and breathable, with a soft feel and maximum elasticity. This unique material is used in the Predator and Flare wetsuits. The SoftFell, combined with Velvet Airflex2 lining, offers an unmatched mix of comfort and performance.
• GBS Seams: triple-glued panels sewn together with a special stitching method. Partial perforation of the neoprene to maintain the waterproof seam of the wetsuit. Each thread is protected by a tape at the end. The finish makes the wetsuit glued and blind-stitched indestructible. Precise stitching and material placement for a tailored fit. Designed to fit the body without overstretching the neoprene, preventing thin neoprene from stretching and losing thermal insulation.

• 100% Neoprene-Free Material: Naturprene 2 is made entirely from FSC-certified natural rubber. USDA-certified, 80% natural rubber, 20% recycled carbon black, enriched with oyster shell powder and soybean oil.
• Water-Based Glue: the wetsuit lamination is done with Acqua-A water-based glue, free of solvents and chemicals, preventing latex allergies and ensuring durability.
• PAH, ROHS & REACH Compliant: PAH-free wetsuits comply with REACH regulations, prohibiting the use of harmful extender oils in neoprene production, improving elasticity and preventing skin irritation.
• Dope-Dyed Yarns: traditional dyeing methods consume high amounts of water and energy, releasing toxic wastewater. Prolimit's dope-dyeing process saves energy and is eco-friendly, reducing 104L of water per kg of fabric.
