• GBS Seams: Triple panels glued and sewn together using a special method. Partial perforation of the neoprene helps maintain the waterproofing of the wetsuit’s seams. Each thread is protected by tape at the ends. The perfect finish makes this wetsuit indestructible. Designed to fit the rider’s body without overstretching the neoprene, preventing the thinner neoprene from stretching and losing thermal insulation.
• Zodiac 2 with Quantum Stretch lining: Zodiac 2 is recognizable by its soft absorbent layers, providing warmth and insulation. The Quantum Stretch lining, marked as Q-lining on wetsuits, is used in high-elasticity and high-wear areas.

Prolimit Naturprene 2 – Sustainable & High-Performance Material

• 100% Neoprene-Free Material: Naturprene 2 is made entirely from FSC-certified natural rubber. USDA-certified, 80% natural rubber, 20% recycled carbon black, enriched with oyster shell powder and soybean oil.
• Water-Based Glue: the wetsuit lamination is done with Acqua-A water-based glue, free of solvents and chemicals, preventing latex allergies and ensuring durability.
• PAH, ROHS & REACH Compliant: PAH-free wetsuits comply with REACH regulations, prohibiting the use of harmful extender oils in neoprene production, improving elasticity and preventing skin irritation.
• Dope-Dyed Yarns: traditional dyeing methods consume high amounts of water and energy, releasing toxic wastewater. Prolimit's dope-dyeing process saves energy and is eco-friendly, reducing 104L of water per kg of fabric.
• FSC Certified: ensures that rubber sourcing complies with sustainable forest management standards.
• Soybean Oil: 100% plant-based oil extracted from soybean seeds, used in Naturprene 2 production.
