The chest is wrapped in 5 mm of Naturprene to maximize heat retention, while the 4 mm thickness on the arms and legs ensures freedom of movement and additional warmth, offering extra insulation for the neck and throat, improving overall comfort.
Made with FSC-certified Naturprene 2, the wetsuit is 100% neoprene-free, making it lightweight, flexible, and eco-friendly.

The external Neolight Heather 550+ lining with its elegant melange fabric not only adds a touch of style but also provides greater elasticity and softness. The inside is finished with a quick-drying Velvet lining and Zodiac2, ensuring superior comfort and optimal performance in all conditions.
Designed to offer maximum performance in the water, the Mercury wetsuit features optimized panels and an asymmetrical front zipper (Free-X). The triple-glued and sealed seams ensure superior strength, waterproofing, and maximum elasticity.

• Neolight Heather 550+: The melange fabric adds a luxurious look to the Mercury and Oxygen wetsuits. Combined with the internal Airflex2 velvet effect lining and the triple-layer Thermal Rebound, incorporating NASA technology, these wetsuits offer unparalleled comfort and performance.
• FTM Seams (Fluid Taping Method): Triple-glued with the outside of the seam sealed by a wider carbon black neoprene gasket. The inside of the seam is protected by Prolimit’s glued and blind-stitched technology. These FTM seams are durable, waterproof, and maintain their high elasticity.
• Zodiac2 Lining with Thermal Rebound: Velvet Zodiac Jacquard fabric inside, layered with a quick-drying thermal fleece for more warmth and comfort. The Thermal Rebound lining is directly inspired by survival blankets for cold protection. An extra layer between the Neoprene and Zodiac helps reflect body heat and block cold winds, keeping you comfortable, dry, and light.

Prolimit Naturprene 2 – Sustainable & High-Performance Material

• 100% Neoprene-Free Material: Naturprene 2 is made entirely from FSC-certified natural rubber. USDA-certified, 80% natural rubber, 20% recycled carbon black, enriched with oyster shell powder and soybean oil.
• Water-Based Glue: the wetsuit lamination is done with Acqua-A water-based glue, free of solvents and chemicals, preventing latex allergies and ensuring durability.
• PAH, ROHS & REACH Compliant: PAH-free wetsuits comply with REACH regulations, prohibiting the use of harmful extender oils in neoprene production, improving elasticity and preventing skin irritation.
• Dope-Dyed Yarns: traditional dyeing methods consume high amounts of water and energy, releasing toxic wastewater. Prolimit's dope-dyeing process saves energy and is eco-friendly, reducing 104L of water per kg of fabric.
