The body is wrapped in 5 mm of Naturprene in the chest area to maximize heat retention, while the 4 mm in the arms and legs ensure freedom of movement and additional warmth, providing extra insulation for the neck and throat, enhancing overall comfort.

Made from FSC-certified Naturprene 2, the suit is 100% neoprene-free, making it lightweight, flexible, and eco-friendly.

The outer lining in Neolight Heather 550+ with its stylish mélange fabric not only adds a touch of style but also offers increased elasticity and softness. The interior is finished with a quick-drying Velvet lining and Zodiac2, ensuring superior comfort and optimal performance in all conditions.

Designed to offer maximum performance in the water, the Mercury wetsuit features optimized panels and a straight front zipper (Freezip). The triple-glued and sealed seams ensure superior durability, waterproofing, and maximum elasticity.

• FTM Seams (Fluid Taping Method): Triple-glued seams with the outer seam sealed by a wider carbon black neoprene gasket. The interior of the seam is protected by Prolimit’s glued and blind-stitched technology. These FTM seams are durable, waterproof, and maintain high elasticity.
• Zodiac2 Lining with Thermal Rebound: Zodiac Jacquard velvet pile on the inside, layered with quick-drying thermal fleece for more warmth and comfort. The Thermal Rebound lining directly derives from survival blankets for protection in cold conditions. An extra layer between the Neoprene and Zodiac reflects body heat and blocks the cold wind, keeping you comfortable, dry, and light.

• 100% Neoprene-Free Material: Naturprene 2 is made entirely from FSC-certified natural rubber. USDA-certified, 80% natural rubber, 20% recycled carbon black, enriched with oyster shell powder and soybean oil.
• Water-Based Glue: the wetsuit lamination is done with Acqua-A water-based glue, free of solvents and chemicals, preventing latex allergies and ensuring durability.
• PAH, ROHS & REACH Compliant: PAH-free wetsuits comply with REACH regulations, prohibiting the use of harmful extender oils in neoprene production, improving elasticity and preventing skin irritation.
• Dope-Dyed Yarns: traditional dyeing methods consume high amounts of water and energy, releasing toxic wastewater. Prolimit's dope-dyeing process saves energy and is eco-friendly, reducing 104L of water per kg of fabric.
