The body is wrapped in 5mm of Naturprene around the chest to maximize heat retention, while 4mm on the arms and legs ensures freedom of movement and additional warmth, offering extra insulation for the neck and throat, enhancing overall comfort.

Made from FSC-certified Naturprene 2, the wetsuit is 100% neoprene-free, making it lightweight, flexible, and eco-friendly. The outer Neolight Heather 550+ fabric, with its stylish melange design, not only adds a touch of style but also provides greater elasticity and softness. The interior is finished with quick-drying Velvet lining and Zodiac2 for superior comfort and optimal performance in all conditions.

Designed to provide maximum performance in the water, the Mercury wetsuit features optimized panels and a straight front zipper (Freezip). The triple-glued and sealed seams ensure superior strength, waterproofing, and maximum elasticity.

In addition to aesthetics, the yarn provides a softer, more elastic, and smoother feel to the outer lining. Combined with the Airflex2 velvet effect inner lining and the triple-layer Thermal Rebound, which incorporates NASA technology, these wetsuits offer unparalleled comfort and performance.
• FTM Seams (Fluid Taping Method): Triple-glued seams with the outer stitch sealed by a wider carbon black neoprene gasket. The inside of the seam is protected by the glued and blind stitching technology. These FTM seams are durable, waterproof, and maintain high elasticity.
• Zodiac2 Lining with Thermal Rebound: Velvet Jacquard fleece inside, layered with a quick-drying thermal fleece for extra warmth and comfort. The Thermal Rebound lining is directly inspired by survival blankets for cold protection. An extra layer between the Neoprene and Zodiac reflects body heat and blocks cold wind to keep you comfortable, dry, and light.

Prolimit Naturprene 2 – Sustainable & High-Performance Material

• 100% Neoprene-Free Material: Naturprene 2 is made entirely from FSC-certified natural rubber. USDA-certified, 80% natural rubber, 20% recycled carbon black, enriched with oyster shell powder and soybean oil.
• Water-Based Glue: the wetsuit lamination is done with Acqua-A water-based glue, free of solvents and chemicals, preventing latex allergies and ensuring durability.
• PAH, ROHS & REACH Compliant: PAH-free wetsuits comply with REACH regulations, prohibiting the use of harmful extender oils in neoprene production, improving elasticity and preventing skin irritation.
• Dope-Dyed Yarns: traditional dyeing methods consume high amounts of water and energy, releasing toxic wastewater. Prolimit's dope-dyeing process saves energy and is eco-friendly, reducing 104L of water per kg of fabric.
