The body is wrapped with 6 mm of Naturprene around the chest to maximize heat retention, while the 4 mm on the arms and legs ensure freedom of movement and added warmth, offering extra insulation for the neck and throat, enhancing overall comfort.

Made with FSC-certified Naturprene 2, the wetsuit is 100% neoprene-free, making it lightweight, flexible, and eco-friendly. The outer lining in Neolight Heather 550+ with its elegant mélange fabric not only adds a stylish touch but also provides increased elasticity and softness. The interior is finished with quick-drying Velvet lining and Zodiac2, ensuring superior comfort and optimal performance in all conditions.

Designed for maximum performance in the water, the Mercury wetsuit features optimized panels and a straight front zipper (Freezip). The triple-glued and sealed seams ensure superior strength, waterproofing, and maximum elasticity.

• Neolight Heather 550+: The melange fabric adds a luxurious look to the Mercury and Oxygen wetsuits. In addition to its aesthetic appeal, the yarns provide a softer, more elastic, and smoother feel to the outer lining. Combined with the inner Airflex2 velvet-effect lining and the triple-layer Thermal Rebound, incorporating NASA technology, these wetsuits offer unmatched comfort and performance.
• FTM Seams (Fluid Taping Method): Triple-glued with the outer seam sealed by a wider carbon black neoprene gasket. The inside of the seam is protected by Prolimit’s glued and blind-stitched technology. These FTM seams are durable, waterproof, and maintain high elasticity.
• Zodiac2 Lining with Thermal Rebound: Velvet Jacquard Zodiac pile on the inside, layered with quick-drying thermal fleece for extra warmth and comfort. The Thermal Rebound lining is derived directly from survival blankets for protection against cold conditions. • 100% Neoprene-Free Material: Naturprene 2 is made entirely from FSC-certified natural rubber. USDA-certified, 80% natural rubber, 20% recycled carbon black, enriched with oyster shell powder and soybean oil.
• Water-Based Glue: the wetsuit lamination is done with Acqua-A water-based glue, free of solvents and chemicals, preventing latex allergies and ensuring durability.
• PAH, ROHS & REACH Compliant: PAH-free wetsuits comply with REACH regulations, prohibiting the use of harmful extender oils in neoprene production, improving elasticity and preventing skin irritation.
• Dope-Dyed Yarns: traditional dyeing methods consume high amounts of water and energy, releasing toxic wastewater. Prolimit's dope-dyeing process saves energy and is eco-friendly, reducing 104L of water per kg of fabric.
